- Tom Campbell – My Big Toe
Posted on Thursday, October 1st, 2009 in Unified Field Theory – Comments: (0)The TOE is Tom Campbell’s seminal work tying loose ends into a cohesive underpinning of understanding for how everything works and how the universe fits together. There’s enough science to make sense to the scientific and technical audience as well as dummying it down for ordinary folks to understand. Humor is aptly injected to make the work readable and enjoyable. Not that this work is light reading for the uninitiated. It is thought provoking with perplexities woven into the fabric that makes sense and could wear comfortably.TOE is the theory of everything- it is the Holy Grail understanding that Einstein and all the great thinkers sought after. Tom Campbell, a working physicist, details the interaction of philosophy, physics and metaphysics. This work is made understandable to the public as well as the scientist.Sentient space-time beings like us profit from Big Picture Awareness Unified Field Theory by seeing how it all fits together.
- Property Tax Review
Posted on Sunday, October 4th, 2009 in Property Taxes – Comments: (0)For many cash-strapped homeowners, the latest bad news comes in the mail: higher property-tax bills. Property taxes may increase for millions of people because of reassessment and increases in tax rates. All too often we see property-related taxes used as the oxygen of local economies. Shrinking real estate values translate to shrinking tax receipts so government increase tax rates to compensate. We’re seeing so many families facing foreclosure or rising property taxes while their home values fall and that doesn’t sit right with most people’s senses. Most people don’t have the time or knowhow to challenge their property taxes. Without a step-by-step guide, they are lost. “Never let a dog watch your dinner, and never let Government watch your money!”There is a lot of talk about property tax reform. Property tax caps have been proposed by governments as an answer. Less tax revenue raises alarm bells among unions, schools and already cash-strapped cities and counties.
