The good thing about dependent controls is that there is no need for you to tighten or untighten it.

The proactive kind of sway controls maintain a certain amount of connection between the trailer and the tower. This kind forces the two to move in a straight line, preventing any sway from happening. However, you need not worry how to take a much needed turn with this thing. Its sliding device automatically disconnects from its fixed position when one needs to do a maneuver.

One then must be careful in using trailers. You should know how much load your car can tolerate so that you can know the best type of distribution hitch to use when towing. Also, know when to use it. Circumstances like a sagging trailer front and raised car front or tilted up headlamps can definitely use the help of a weight distribution hitch.
